Business Manager

ERF operate via an autonomous branch network. Consequently, the Business Manager has overall responsibility for personnel, sales, inventory control, warehousing, distribution and administration. If you are an entrepreneurial-minded person who would enjoy the challenge of 'running their own business' this could be the role for you.

Office Manager

Service is the key to long-term business relationships. Implementation and development of operational systems, whilst working in close proximity to a sales team, is vital when delivering a first class service.

Administration

Without a sale we are nothing - but a sale poorly administered may lose repeat business. A small back office team of administrators supported by a central head office team carries out the vital function to support each location through accurate and timely administration and promptly dealing with queries from customers & suppliers.

Warehouse Operations

Quality customer service puts ERF ahead of the competition. An efficient, well organised logistics operation supports our customer service at each location. Our fleet of commercial vehicles make sure that ERF’s customer base benefit from a first class site delivery service.

Inventory Controller

Inventory management and purchasing are vital functions of a service driven business. Financial accountability for profit, investment in inventory and a close working relationship with the Commercial Director give this role an added significance in ERF’s business philosophy. Effective communication with fellow staff and suppliers' representatives is a key ability, as are professional negotiating skills.

Trade Counter Sales

Each of our Trade Showrooms provide unique selling opportunity in our business. A combination of good communication skills and product knowledge enable the Showroom sales teams to assess customer needs quickly and fulfill them accurately. Merchandising and visual promotions set ERF aside from the competition.

Telephone Sales

A combination of thorough product knowledge and top-class communication skills, enable our teams to develop and satisfy the customers' requirements quickly and efficiently. Many of our highest performing External Sales people honed their techniques within this key role.

External Sales

Customer facing, solution selling is the key to ERF’s growth and development for the future. With responsibility for Product Group Sales, our External Sales Team takes a greater depth of product knowledge into the market place. Working in closely with installer and end clients, our team of Sales Professionals strives to offer and provide the optimal solution on a project by project basis.
