Buy-in from manufacturing supply chain partners.
Some of the areas we are focused on are:
-Consolidation of products - This aids with price and FM maintenance
-Knowledge and training on new & innovative products which reduces
the labour or product required
-Full product support and buy in from manufacturing supply chain
partners
-Supplying the M&E contractors with information from the O&M
manuals. By seeking agreements with manufacturing partners and producing
electronic catalogues of project product usage.
