ERF Open for our Customers from 3 key Branches

We are open to support our customers from 3 key branches

We are pleased to let you know that ERF will continue to be open for our customers, operating from three key branches: Andover, Cannock and Nottingham.

Collections will also be available from these three locations from our £3.2m stock holding.

These businesses will stay open due to the ties with the NHS and Ministry of Defence (MOD) and we will be able to meet all our customer’s needs from these branches.

Due to significant investment in our IT infrastructure, we are fortunate that all our systems are cloud based and therefore we are able to continue to work remotely.

If you wish to place an order, please ring your normal ERF branch number and a member of the team will be on hand to help you.

Cannock

Nottingham

Open 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Site deliveries will also be available where appropriate.

Payments
We are trying to avoid travelling to our local bank during the current circumstances and therefore we kindly ask that where possible, all customers pay via card or bank transfer, instead of cheque.

Collection of goods:

  • Goods which have been ordered for collection at branch, can be collected through the shutter doors to the stores.
  • Please be respectful of the social distancing guidelines from the government.

Deliveries:

  • We will be running deliveries to site where appropriate. Please speak to your branch manager to find out more.
